🎯 Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Planning Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, etc.) Create monthly/quarterly performance roadmaps with ROI-driven goals. Plan seasonal and service-specific campaigns for brand promotions, wedding seasons, partner onboarding, etc. 2. Social Media Marketing Manage social platforms presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Oversee post calendars, creative direction, reels/videos, and ad campaigns. Collaborate with creative and content teams for compelling storytelling. 3. Performance Marketing & Paid Ads Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and affiliate platforms. Analyze CPC, CTR, ROAS, and customer acquisition metrics to improve performance. 4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies for service pages and blog content. Work with developers to improve Core Web Vitals and SERP rankings. Keyword research and backlink growth management. 5. Content & Email Marketing Oversee high-converting blog content and landing pages for lead generation. Plan drip email marketing funnels using tools like zoho, etc. 6. Analytics & Reporting Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and SEMrush to monitor campaign success. Prepare detailed weekly/monthly performance reports and insights. 7. Team & Vendor Coordination Lead a team of content writers, graphic designers, video editors, and SEO executives. Coordinate with external digital agencies, influencers, and event partners when required. --- ✅ Key Skills & Tools Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Search Console SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite (basic) Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager Strong analytical and storytelling skills --- 📚 Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Digital Media, or related fields Certification in Google Ads / Digital Marketing (HubSpot, Meta, etc.) Experience - 3 - 6 year's --- 💰 Salary - 25k to 35k INR per month
