In this Software Architect role, you will: Provide day to day technical leadership to IC4V development teams, deliver detailed technical design and lead technical deliverable implementation to IBM Cloud clients’ satisfaction on-time and with quality, and deployment SLAB. Interface with offering managers to understand customer requirements to assess and design software solution architecture design to meet customer requirements that hunts the market and beat competition. Provide technical sizing reference to support release managers and development managers’ planning and prioritization. Work with across IBM business units, IBM Cloud IaaS teams and 3rd party vendors and suppliers to co-design and co-develop IC4V solutions with value-add services to enrich client experience. Use deep expertise and experience with strategic technical insight on Cloud infrastructure, Cloud computing, Automation to build IBM IC4V solutions to help expedite clients’ path to IBM Cloud. Stay abreast of emerging technology trends and solutions on cloud infrastructure, cloud compute, VMWare, and competition. Interface to executives to provide technical references and serve as a liaison among technical resources in IBM, external partners and vendors, and stakeholders. Mentor and develop team members and technical community. This role requires strong communication across the IC4V team and global IBM teams across different functions, a deep understanding of IBM's cloud technologies and VMware offerings, and outstanding technical leadership to define architecture, design to drive new releases and new solutions to deliver on very aggressive schedules hunts in the market. Preferred technical and professional experience VMware Certified Professional (VCP), VCIX, or VCDX certification. Experience software-defined data centers (SDDC). Knowledge of disaster recovery solutions like VMware SRM (Site Recovery Manager). Experience in integrating VMware solutions with DevOps pipelines. Role & responsibilities Job Description :Zerto Backup Level : SPE Engineer will be part of a 24/7 IT backup operations team and will be directly responsible for Backup related processes. The position involves taking a leadership role with customer teams and internal teams to resolve problems, maintain managed Zerto operations and, when necessary, to return systems to operational status. The job also involves leading communication between technical teams, customer and internal organization to fulfill customer needs and accomplish customer satisfaction. Job specific responsibilities include maintaining complex Backup Solutions which may involve Virtual libraries, Disk to Disk Backup systems, physical Tape Libraries, OS, Backup Software, Switch, SAN or Library components. Supporting and troubleshooting backup, recovery and archiving in a large, complex and widely distributed environment. Analyzing daily backup failures, identifying root cause and resolving issues systematically to bring Backup success rate close to 100% Provide status and progress reports for backup environment related activities and tasks on regular/periodic basis. Plan and implement best practices for backup solutions. Proactive measures to ensure adequate storage capacity is available. Create and update documentation for backup procedures, solutions, licensing and applicable project artifacts. Perform configuration changes as per design and build. Job Description - Night Shift - (6.30PM - 3.30 AM IST) The Role: 11:11 is looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer L2 (VMWare + Veeam) in supporting and guaranteeing a positive post-implementation experience for all 11:11 customers. This position is responsible for the optimization, implementation, and maintenance of our organizations cloud-based systems. The Cloud Engineer II will drive customer success through effective problem resolution and strong customer relationship management. This position will require an individual with a penchant for detail and a continuous improvement mindset. This is a full-time position reporting to the Manager of Service Operations. What Youll Do: Represent Cloud Support by being the initial point of contact for our customers while ensuring they feel supported and valued. Deliver support services (phone and email) to meet 11:11 Systems Service Level commitments to customers. Manage the ticketing system intake queue to provide rapid response to new tickets entering the system. Triage incoming support tickets for 11:11 Systems Enterprise Cloud Infrastructure and Disaster Recovery Customers. Act as an escalation point for Cloud Support Engineers (L1) to resolve customer issues. Participation in an on-call after hours rotation. Escalate and work alongside teams within 11:11 Systems infrastructure, development, product etc. – via escalation to L3 Support.
