We are looking for a Software Developer with strong skills in Python, particularly in the field of Natural Language Processing (NLP). The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3-7 years of relevant experience. One of the primary responsibilities will be to work on core problems and develop algorithms from scratch. Additionally, the candidate should have the ability to seamlessly integrate into ongoing projects, understand existing codes and algorithms, and contribute effectively. The candidate should have expertise in NLP application areas such as Sentiment Analysis, Document Classification, Question-Answer Matching, Text Summarization, and Topic Modeling. It is essential that the candidate has successfully trained and deployed at least one Machine Learning / Deep Learning model for the NLP domain. Proficiency in web scraping will be considered a significant advantage. Apart from technical skills, the candidate must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. They should be able to engage with customers to solve business problems using AI and identify opportunities to embed AI/ML services into enterprise architecture seamlessly. Keeping up-to-date with the latest technological advancements in the fields of AI, ML, Computer Vision, and NLP is crucial for this role.
