Application Support: Provide technical support for a range of applications built on Java and running on Linux servers. Diagnose and resolve application-related incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to users. ServiceNow Utilization: Utilize Zendesk or similar ITSM tools to manage and track incidents, problems, changes, and service requests. Assist in configuring and customizing Zendesk to optimize support processes. Incident Resolution: Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to address application-related incidents efficiently and within defined SLAs. Communicate effectively with end-users to gather information and provide timely updates on incident status. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain detailed documentation of application support procedures, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
