You are an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Lead with 6-8 years of experience, looking to join our technology services client on a contract basis with potential for full-time employment. As a ServiceNow ITSM Lead, you will be responsible for developing expertise on ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, SLM, SLA, Service Catalog, Request, Knowledge Now, Mobile, Mobile Agent, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Performance Analytics, Surveys, and Assessments. Your role will also involve integrating web services like REST and SOAP with third-party tools, building custom service portals, leading the ITSM Pro instance configuration and development, implementing automation innovations, and managing support for SLA-based incidents and requests. Additionally, you will be responsible for sprint planning, bug fix planning, leading a team of developers, and continuously seeking opportunities to improve customer satisfaction. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in designing and implementing the ServiceNow ITSM module, working in an ITIL, Agile, DevOps environment, and excellent knowledge of web-based development languages. You should also possess certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM), and ITIL v3/4 Foundation. Your technical and industry experience of 10 years with ServiceNow, expertise in ServiceNow coding, REST/SOAP based integrations, building custom portals, and strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills will be essential for this role.
