Zero repeated Internal customer complaint (for same cause) due to operational issues Zero Internal Customer Line Stoppage at customer end due to Production issue Reduction of scrap generation due to operational issue to the target levels Complince Production Plan Vs Actual Maintain Consumable cost at the target levels Achieve the targeted EBITA Cost saving in Production department TPM JH Implementation model line Achieve target scores for improvement projects identified Quality Circles Achieve employee involvement in TEI as per target Achieve target scores for improvement Zero Process audit NC open related to Production issue Achieve 5S score as per target Near Miss closer Achieve productivity as per target Achieve OEE as per target Reduce loss of time in ECS line Kaizen updation Allocate & verify manpower based on skill reqiurement Achieve targeted 100% Production SAP booking in system Preferred candidate profile B.E/B.Tech Mechanical with 3-5 years experience in Automotive Industry
