Job description 247Digitize is seeking a meticulous and dynamic Process associate - US Bookkeeping to join our team. In this role, you will be crucial in managing client relationships, training and supervising a team of bookkeepers, and ensuring the seamless execution of client deliverables. You will play a key role in maintaining internal operational excellence, fostering strong customer relationships, and achieving the company's financial objectives. Relevant Skills and Knowledge: Basic accounting knowledge Understanding accounting best practices Knowledge of IFRS, U.S GAAP, or another accounting framework Data entry skills High attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Produce work with a high level of accuracy Professionalism and organization skills Maintain records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance. Develop system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts, defining bookkeeping policies and procedures. Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries. Knowledge of XERO, QuickBooks, Zoho, Fresh Books, or other applications is added advantage. Roles and responsibilities: 0-2 Year of experience in related field. Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries. Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries. Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system Recording of debits and credits Maintain the trial balance, by a reconciliation of general ledgers Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions Monitor any variances from the projected budget Maintains historical records by filing documents. Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends. Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. We are seeking a highly skilled Network Architects with expertise in Palo Alto Prisma Access and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing network security solutions to protect enterprise environments. This role requires deep technical knowledge of network security frameworks, Zero Trust principles, and cloud-based security models. Key Responsibilities: Ability to communicate and execute architecture strategy & approach in clear, concise, and understandable terms to client senior management and other client stakeholders. Ability to implement design architecture objectives that align with client demand & business goals. Design, deploy, and optimize Palo Alto Prisma Access solutions for secure remote access. Implement and manage Cisco ISE to enforce network access control policies. Develop and maintain Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) strategies across hybrid environments. Integrate Prisma Access with SD-WAN, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and on-premises infrastructure. Design, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco ISE for 802.1X authentication, TACACS+, and RADIUS. Define and enforce security policies, segmentation strategies, and threat prevention techniques. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and documentation for internal teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills Demonstrated ability to deliver multiple IT projects on time and within budget Required Qualifications: 9+ years of experience in network security engineering or a related field. Expertise in Palo Alto Prisma Access and Cisco ISE deployments and configurations. Strong knowledge of network security protocols, VPNs, firewalls, and identity-based access controls. Hands-on experience with Zero Trust architectures and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE). Proficiency in troubleshooting network security issues using packet capture and log analysis tools. Experience in integrating network security solutions with cloud environments and authentication systems. Previous consulting experience required. Preferred Qualifications: Palo Alto PCNSE and Cisco CCNP Security or CCIE Security certifications. Experience with automation and scripting tools such as Python, Ansible, or Terraform.
