As an Engineer A&C Master Software at Automation & Controls Masters department in Shirwal, your primary objective is to create Master PLC Automation Programs in compliance with company guidelines and international standards. Your role will involve designing Control Architecture, programming PLC/HMI/SCADA software, and developing Master Application Programs in PLC using IEC61131 compliant programming language. You will be responsible for thorough testing and ensuring a first-time-right approach before releasing software programs to operation and manufacturing teams. Furthermore, you will design, create, and test PLC Level 1 module software code, Servo drive, and VFD settings. Your responsibilities will also include developing product code for PLC Level 2 & 3, Servo, VFD, and interfaces for the ACGE machine portfolio. Additionally, you will coordinate with control system vendors, drive knowledge sharing of GAMP5, Validation, and 21CFR Part-11 regulations, and ensure adherence to company standards through SOPs and training sessions. Internally, you will collaborate with Master, Operation, and NPD teams for change control processes and provide technical support. You will interact with internal interfaces within ACG and external interfaces outside ACG, such as A&C Masters Engineering, System and Standard Team, Project Automation Team, NPD Engineering, Human Resources, and vendors for user interface software. Your technical competencies should include expertise in Mitsubishi PLC software, Zenon SCADA, Global Design and Safety Regulations, VFD, SERVO Programming, and Data Integrity Process. Leadership competencies like communication, innovation, problem-solving, cross-functional team working, and quality & service orientation are also essential. The educational and experience requirements for this role include a BE in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation, hands-on experience in PLC programming, SCADA, and Electrical Hardware selection, along with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in control systems design and development for Pharma machines and industry.
