Responsibilities As a Hardware Performance Modelling & Bingup Manager your responsibilities would include - Manage a team of highly skilled hardware performance modeling, bringup & verification engineers - Working with technical architects and stakeholder to understand the processor and system roadmap and performance targets - Developing detailed project and execution plans for hardware modeling, verification and bringup aligning with the processor and system roadmap - Tracking execution status, resolving roadblocks and providing updates to key stakeholders - Driving innovation and process improvements - Nurture and grow team members - Attracting and hiring new talent Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise - At least 15+ years on IT industry experience in product development - At least 5+ years of experience as a project manager - At least 5+ years of experience as a people manager managing project teams - Experience developing or managing hardware performance models or teams - Experience in performance verification test - Experience in processor and system bringup - Experience in project management methodologies like Agile/Scrum/Waterfall - Experience in using project management tools like Jira/Github/Zenhub/RTC/MS Project Office - Understanding on hardware performance modeling methodologies like Cycle Accurate, RTL, TLM - Good communication and presentation skills Preferred technical and professional experience PMP Certification
