Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Experience: 5+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within PEO/EOR, staffing, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), or HR consulting industries. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of global workforce models, India labor compliance, payroll, and taxation. Familiarity with MSP/VMS systems is a plus.
