Are you an experienced Zendesk Administrator seeking a new opportunity to advance your career with a dynamic company Sinch, a global leader in Communication Platforms as a Service (CPaaS), is at the forefront of revolutionizing global communication. Specializing in enabling businesses to connect with individuals worldwide through mobile messaging, email, voice, and video, we are looking to add a dedicated professional to our expanding Customer Success Technology team. As a Zendesk Administrator, you will be instrumental in managing our Zendesk system and contributing to the implementation of our overarching CRM strategy within a collaborative team environment. Your main responsibilities will include managing user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings, gathering requirements from stakeholders, configuring the system, creating and customizing Zendesk solutions, establishing and maintaining processes and workflows, generating reports and dashboards, providing end-user technical support, conducting system monitoring, and executing data import/export activities. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Zendesk Administrator, a solid understanding of Zendesk configuration and customization, proficiency in data management and data quality best practices, familiarity with user training and support, and hold a Zendesk Support Administrator Expert certification. Effective communication, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are essential qualities for success in this position. Reporting to the Customer Success Technology team, you will play a key role in driving operational efficiency and enhancing user experience.
