You are a skilled and experienced Adobe Commerce (Magento) Developer with in-depth knowledge of Magento (1.x & 2.x), sought after to join our dynamic eCommerce team at MUB IT Services, Pvt. Ltd. As an Adobe Commerce Developer, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and maintenance of our eCommerce platform, ensuring its functionality, performance, and user experience meet the highest standards. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and other developers, you will deliver innovative and effective eCommerce solutions that drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include writing backend code in line with best practices on the Magento 1 and Magento 2 platform, ensuring high-quality standards, self-testing, and effective communication with the project management team to ensure well-scoped, estimated, and delivered tasks. You will be responsible for presenting your work to clients, taking feedback and critique, and guiding them to the best solutions. Working within an agile team, you will contribute to daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and estimations while staying updated with evolving standards and technologies, learning new skills as needed. Developing new functionality, implementing front-end changes, and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability will be crucial aspects of your role. To be successful in this position, you should have at least 1-3 years of Magento development experience, solid understanding of web technologies, usability, and information architecture, as well as a strong grasp of Object Oriented programming techniques and MVC frameworks. Proficiency in Object oriented PHP / ZEND Framework, SQL-based database concepts (MySQL), GIT version control system, JavaScript frameworks like jQuery, knockout JS & RequireJS, and customization of Magento 1 or 2 front-end components using layout XML, blocks, and templates are essential. Experience in Data migration Tool in Magento 2, using third-party plugins, resolving compatibility issues, and integrating third-party tools in front-end interfaces will be advantageous.
