As an ITAO / L3 Support / Developer at Deutsche Bank AVP level in Pune, India, you will be an exceptional IT engineer and communicator. You will engage with stakeholders across all levels of the client organization in a considerate and empathetic manner. Your role will involve providing support for applications and associated infrastructure within a large enterprise landscape, with a focus on technical solution implementation and support in Java and related technologies under RHEL / UNIX environments. You will be responsible for overseeing the applications under management, ensuring compliance with IT policies, managing software licenses and vendor products, and enhancing and supporting applications through L3 development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software components. Additionally, you will manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, drive continuous improvement and planning, and collaborate with various team members including POs, Tech Analysts, and Scrum Masters. Your role will also involve interacting with stakeholders in multiple regions, conducting technology research, evaluating software for the development environment, and ensuring TRM and VRM compliances. To excel in this role, you should have proven hands-on experience in developing software solutions in Java, solid expertise in Java and related technologies for front-end and middle layer development, experience with DevOps configuration management tools, and familiarity with SDLC tools such as Sonar, Crucible, JIRA, HP ALM, Confluence, Artifactory, Teamcity, Git/BitBucket, among others. Strong observability skills, experience with web servers, application servers, and databases, knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, and proficiency in problem-solving are essential. You should possess excellent communication skills, be adept at interacting with stakeholders, have experience in designing scalable applications, be able to install and configure DevOps tools, adapt to changing priorities, collaborate effectively across domains and regions, and demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies.
