Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget completion of solar/hybrid solar projects. Oversee all aspects of project implementation, including engineering, construction, commissioning, and handover. Utilize a deep understanding of solar and battery technologies. Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to ensure compliance with technical specifications and standards. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout project lifecycles. Mobilize resources (equipment/ manpower/ subcontractors/ logistics/ administrative) required for project implementation on sites ensuring optimal cost and quality. Supervision of all civil, electrical and mechanical work on sites. Ensuring that all works are carried out strictly in accordance with approved specifications. Prepare and submit all daily/ weekly/ monthly reports as internally and externally required. Act as the point of contact for clients, contractors, and relevant authorities. Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders to ensure successful completion of projects.
