It has all the basic and advance gym equipment and a steam room. Charges are reasonable , all in all had a wonderful experience working out there , the only thing they lag is airconditioner don't work properly sometimes and the top floor doesn't have ac , its very difficult to workout there in summer season.

The gym has enough fitness equipment and it is affordable, but it lacks a proper female trainer. It's too crowded sometimes. They should keep it manageable so everyone gets a fair chance to work out.

Gym is in 3 floors in which 2 floors are for workout.. first floor has cardio machines and other leg, chest , bicep ,back workout & Vibration machines also 2nd floor has these machines too ... gym atmosphere is good for everyone (kids adults senior citizens ) ....gym trainers are also very helpful

Their trainer dont have knowledge to become a trainer,if you already know right formation of every excercise then you can join otherwise don't, very crowded because it's very cheap ie. 600 pm
