Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients across industries. Grow revenue by increasing active trading accounts, deposits, and client volumes. Leverage existing networks to secure partnerships and expand market share in India. Develop tailored proposals and sales presentations to meet client trading needs. Educate clients on trading strategies, risk management, and market trends across FX, commodities, and indices. Attend industry events to source and convert leads. Track all interactions, deals, and progress in CRM. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Team Lead / Sales Manager to manage our business development efforts and lead a high-performing sales team in the Indian market. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and manage a team of Business Development Managers focused on IB acquisition and client growth in the Indian region. Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and strategies to consistently achieve regional revenue goals. Personally drive high-value client acquisition and strategic partnerships.
