Job Title: Zari Work Faculty / Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct practical and theoretical classes on Zari embroidery techniques
• Teach different styles such as zardozi, aari, dabka, mirror work, bead embroidery, and more
• Develop course plans, training materials, and sample designs
• Monitor student progress and provide individual feedback and guidance
• Ensure students meet course objectives and are prepared for job placements or self-employment
• Maintain a clean and organized training environment
• Participate in exhibitions or practical projects as part of the curriculum
• Stay updated with new trends and techniques in hand embroidery

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Zari or hand embroidery work (1+ years preferred)
• Prior teaching/training experience is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of traditional and modern embroidery tools and materials
• Patience and ability to teach learners of all skill levels
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Minimum qualification: 10th pass / 12th pass / Diploma in Fashion/Textile (preferred but not mandatory)
