Role Overview We’re seeking a Performance Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of proven experience in managing Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). You’ll be responsible for end-to-end campaign ownership — from planning and execution to optimization and reporting — for both Zantera’s in-house campaigns and client portfolios across industries. This role demands an analytical mindset, a creative approach to ad strategy, and a results-driven attitude to maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities 1. Campaign Planning & Execution • Set up and manage high-performing campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and budget allocation to achieve campaign goals. • Develop and implement A/B testing for creatives, headlines, audiences, and landing pages. 2. Optimization & Performance Management • Monitor daily metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS. • Continuously optimize bids, creatives, and targeting to maximize ROI and lead quality. • Implement remarketing and lookalike campaigns to drive conversions. 3. Analytics & Reporting • Track and analyze campaign performance through Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other ad dashboards. • Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. • Recommend data-driven strategies to improve campaign results and reduce costs. 4. Collaboration & Strategy • Work closely with the content, design, and client strategy teams to align creatives and messaging with campaign objectives. • Support client presentations and strategy meetings with analytical findings and performance insights. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • 1–2 years of experience in managing Google and Meta ad campaigns. • Strong command of Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics. • In-depth understanding of ad metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, impressions, and reach. • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines. Preferred Skills • Experience in retargeting, lookalike audience creation, and funnel optimization. • Knowledge of SEO, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and landing page performance. • Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Marketo.
