Job Scope:

Managing multiple Monitoring Setup, day to day administration of Monitoring tools.

Job Responsibilities

• SME for Zabbix
• Management of Zabbix Infra

Must Have Skill:

• Hands on experience on monitoring tools. Zabbix experience is mandatory
• Installation, maintenance, removal and reinstallation of monitoring tools (ability to install and configure Zabbix server, Zabbix proxy server and Zabbix endpoints.
• Sound knowledge of Windows and Linux.
• Good knowledge of scripting
• Ability to write functions / script to enable monitors of all technology endpoints like OS, Network devices, Firewall etc
• Proficiency in monitoring and management communications, technologies including wmi, snmp, syslog
• Troubleshooting and fixing monitoring issues

Good to have Skills

• Understanding of Network and Cloud

Qualification and Experience:

• B.E/MCA/Graduation/Diploma in Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience.

• Adhere to Response/Resolutions timelines
• Handling escalated calls.
