Role & responsibilities: Oversee daily IT operations including infrastructure, networks, and enterprise systems. Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and security standards. Align IT initiatives with business goals and ensure system efficiency. Lead ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system implementation projects. Ensure smooth integration of ERP with existing business processes. Provide ongoing support and user training for ERP systems. Manage and support MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) platforms used in production and engineering. Coordinate between operations and IT for system enhancements. Ensure timely delivery of IT-enabled engineering solutions. Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks. Preferred candidate profile: IT Infrastructure Management (Servers, Networks, Cloud). ERP Implementation & Support (SAP, Oracle, or other ERP platforms). MES System Support & Integration. Network Security Management (firewalls, intrusion detection, encryption). Computer Engineering fundamentals. Project Engineering and management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.).
