We’re expanding our commercial team and seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead enterprise client acquisition and strategic partnerships. Role Overview As a Sales Manager (Enterprise Sales) , you will own end-to-end sales cycles — from prospecting and solution positioning to closing multi-stakeholder deals — with enterprise clients in the manufacturing, logistics, and infrastructure ecosystem. You’ll work closely with our leadership and product teams to deliver tailored AI and blockchain transformation solutions that create measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities Drive enterprise B2B sales for Yunometa’s AI & Blockchain solutions across target sectors. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline — identify, qualify, and close high-value deals. Develop strategic relationships with CXOs and digital transformation leaders. Lead consultative sales discussions to align client challenges with Yunometa’s capabilities. Own revenue targets , forecasting accuracy , and deal conversion metrics. Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. Represent Yunometa at industry events , conferences, and client workshops. What We’re Looking For 7–12 years of experience in enterprise or B2B technology sales (AI, SaaS, or Blockchain preferred). Proven track record in consultative or solution selling to large enterprises. Exposure to sectors such as manufacturing, supply chain, or infrastructure . Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, or Digital Transformation solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, international business environment. Preferred Background Familiarity with AI, Blockchain, or enterprise SaaS products and ecosystems.
