We are looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Associate to join our team in Vadodara, Gujarat, to drive new opportunities in climate action, philanthropy, and CSR while collaborating with multi-stakeholder teams. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the social impact and sustainability sector. • Build and manage partnerships with corporates, foundations, and funding agencies. • Conduct research on environmental sustainability trends and funding prospects. • Work with the YUJ team to prepare impactful CSR proposals, reports, and presentations. • Engage with multi-stakeholder teams to develop collaborative sustainability projects. Requirements: • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Environmental Studies, Social Impact, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in business development within sustainability, climate, or CSR. • Strong skills in research, report writing, and strategic communication. • Passion for climate action, social impact, and sustainable development. • Ability to work in multi-disciplinary, cross-sectoral teams. • Minimum 1-year commitment to the role.
