We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive to join Yograj Singh Cricket Academy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into walk-ins, conducting cold calls using our large internal database, assisting at the academy, maintaining follow-ups, and ensuring smooth communication with parents and players. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys speaking on the phone, understands customer psychology, and wants to work in a fast-growing sports environment. Complete sales training—including scripts, objection handling, and academy information—will be provided. 1. Lead Calling & Follow-Up Make outbound cold calls to leads from our internal database. Explain academy programs, fee structure, timings, and benefits to potential customers. Schedule trial sessions, walk-ins, and visits for parents and players. Maintain a daily call log and follow-up sheet. 2. Academy Walk-In Management Welcome walk-ins and guide them through academy information. Conduct basic academy tours, explain training packages, and assist parents professionally. Convert walk-ins into registrations with proper communication and guidance. 3. Sales Targets & Reporting Meet weekly and monthly sales targets (registrations, trial bookings, conversions). Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions. Update management with daily and weekly performance reports. 4. Brand Representation & Communication Represent the YSCA brand with professionalism and clarity. Maintain strong verbal communication and polite behaviour on calls and in person. Provide feedback to coaches and management regarding customer requirements or concerns. 5. Training & Development Participate in regular sales training sessions. Learn and implement sales scripts, objection-handling techniques, and follow-up processes. Improve communication skills and product knowledge over time. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi / Punjabi / English preferred). Confident on phone calls and in-person communication. Basic understanding of customer service and sales. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work under targets and handle high call volume. Preferred (Not Mandatory) Experience in telecalling / sales / customer service. Interest in cricket or sports industry.
