Role Description This is a full-time Sales Specialist role with YS CLEANING SERVICES. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for daily sales activities including prospecting, lead generation, customer relationship management, and closing deals. This is a remote work from home position. The employee will be required to work according to Australian business hours. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer service experience Proven track record in sales Ability to train and mentor sales team members Experience in sales management is a plus. Relevant skills and qualifications: Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Self-motivated and result-oriented Proficient in using CRM software Knowledge of the cleaning services industry is beneficial Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field  Experience for 1 year is minimum required in sales.
