Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Service professional based in Navi Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing client inquiries and concerns, and maintaining a high standard of client service. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met effectively and assist in overseeing financial transactions related to client accounts. Qualifications Proven skills in Client Services and Customer Service to build and maintain strong client relationships. Excellent Communication skills to address client inquiries and ensure clear and effective interactions with stakeholders. Ability to focus on Customer Satisfaction by understanding client needs and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded. Basic understanding or experience in Finance to assist with client account management and related transactions. Strong problem-solving skills and organizational abilities to handle multiple client accounts effectively. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in a similar client-facing role is highly desirable.
