Overview: Seeking a talented Video Editor to join our team, responsible for producing high-quality YouTube videos, compelling Shorts, and eye-catching thumbnails. Responsibilities: Edit long-form YouTube videos (10-20+ minutes) from raw footage, including pacing, transitions, sound design, and color grading. Transform existing long-form videos into engaging short-form content (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikToks). Design custom, click-worthy YouTube thumbnails using still frames and graphic elements. Integrate supplied intros, outros, lower-thirds, music, and B-roll footage seamlessly. Ensure consistent brand identity and video quality across all content. Requirements: Proven experience editing YouTube videos and creating viral-style short-form content. Strong portfolio showcasing diverse video editing and graphic design work (especially thumbnails). Understanding of YouTube platform best practices, audience engagement, and current trends. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills. Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro). Proficiency in motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects). Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop). Strong command of visual storytelling, pacing, and rhythm. Creative eye for aesthetics, typography, and color. This is fully remote, work from home job
