Overview: Seeking a talented Video Editor to join our team, responsible for producing high-quality YouTube videos, compelling Shorts, and eye-catching thumbnails. Responsibilities: Edit long-form YouTube videos (10-20+ minutes) from raw footage, including pacing, transitions, sound design, and color grading. Transform existing long-form videos into engaging short-form content (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikToks). Design custom, click-worthy YouTube thumbnails using still frames and graphic elements. Integrate supplied intros, outros, lower-thirds, music, and B-roll footage seamlessly. Ensure consistent brand identity and video quality across all content. Requirements: Proven experience editing YouTube videos and creating viral-style short-form content. Strong portfolio showcasing diverse video editing and graphic design work (especially thumbnails). Understanding of YouTube platform best practices, audience engagement, and current trends.
