About The Role

We are looking for a YouTube Organic Growth Specialist who can grow our channel without paid ads. The candidate must understand content strategy, analytics, and organic viewer growth.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule & upload YouTube content
Research topics, titles, keywords & SEO for organic reach
Optimize thumbnails, titles, tags & descriptions
Analyze performance using YouTube Studio and analytics
Drive organic views, subscribers & watch time
Manage comments, community tab & audience interaction
Track weekly growth & insights

Requirements

12 years proven experience in YouTube organic growth
Must have handled a channel which has grown organically
Good understanding of YouTube SEO, keyword research, CTR improvement
Basic understanding of social media handling & trends
Strong communication skills
Must share portfolio / channels handled (before vs after growth proof)
