YouTube Expert / YouTube Channel Manager

We are looking for a YouTube Expert who can help us grow our YouTube channel. The person should know how YouTube works, what kind of content people like to watch, and how to increase views and subscribers. You will be responsible for planning videos, uploading them properly, and making sure more people find and watch our content.

What you will do:

• Plan content ideas that match our brand and audience.
• Upload videos with the right titles, descriptions, hashtags, and thumbnails.
• Use keywords to help videos show up in search.
• Keep track of video performance (views, likes, comments, watch time).
• Suggest improvements based on what’s working and what’s not.
• Make sure videos are posted regularly and on time.
• Engage with viewers in the comments section.
• Stay updated with YouTube trends and popular content.

What we are looking for:

• Someone who has worked on YouTube channels before.
• Knows how to increase views, subscribers, and engagement.
• Has basic knowledge of video editing and designing thumbnails.
• Good understanding of what kind of videos attract viewers.
• Creative mindset and strong communication skills.
• Can work independently and meet deadlines.

Bonus if you have:

• Experience growing monetized channels.
• Worked with YouTube tools like TubeBuddy or VidIQ.
• Knowledge of YouTube Ads or collaborations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
