Primary Job Responsibilities
- Research & Content Development:
- Conduct thorough research on the BPSC, JPSC, and UPSC exams, including the latest syllabus updates and exam strategies.
- Develop well-structured, informative, and accurate scripts for video content targeting BPSC, JPSC, and UPSC aspirants.
- Focus on both short-form (YouTube Shorts) and long-form video content, catering to specific learner needs.
- Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
- Work with graphic designers and video editing teams to create visually appealing thumbnails, titles, and descriptions for better searchability and engagement on YouTube.
- Content Promotion & Optimization:
- Develop strategies to increase the channel's reach, subscriber base, and engagement by applying SEO best practices.
- Monitor and analyze YouTube metrics like CTR (Click-Through Rate) and AVD (Average View Duration) and adjust content strategies accordingly to improve performance.
- Audience Interaction & Feedback:
- Respond to comments, questions, and feedback from viewers to ensure a positive learning experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies that boost engagement and subscriber growth.
- AI Tool Utilization:
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini to enhance content creation, idea generation, and research processes.
Specific Knowledge & Skills
- Competitive Exam Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of the BPSC, JPSC, and UPSC exams, including their structure, syllabus, question patterns, and exam strategies.
- Strong understanding of State PCS (Bihar/Jharkhand) and UPSC Civil Service exams, enabling tailored content for aspirants.
- Language Proficiency:
- Strong command over both written and spoken Hindi and English.
- Ability to adjust writing styles and tone based on audience needs and content formats, ensuring clarity and engagement for diverse learners.
- Content Writing Expertise:
- Proven experience in creating high-quality educational content, especially for competitive exam preparation (BPSC, JPSC, UPSC).
- Expertise in developing both short-form (YouTube Shorts) and long-form video scripts, focusing on clarity, accuracy, and audience engagement.
- SEO Knowledge & YouTube Optimization:
- Strong understanding of YouTube SEO practices, including optimizing content titles, descriptions, keywords, thumbnails, and tags to improve video discoverability.
- Ability to analyze YouTube metrics (CTR, AVD) and implement strategies to boost video reach and engagement.
- AI Tools for Content Creation:
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini to enhance research, content generation, and idea development.
- Familiarity with content creation and editing tools to ensure smooth content production.

Qualification And Experience
Minimum Qualification Graduate
Preferred/Additional Qualification Degree/Diploma In Mass Communication
Minimum Experience 2 to 3 YearsRelevant/Additional Experience 2-3 Years in educational content creation, with experience in BPSC, JPSC, or UPSC exam focused content being highly preferred.
