1. Content Management: - Plan, schedule, and manage the release of content in alignment with the channel strategy. - Monitor content performance, audience feedback, and analytics to optimize future content creation. 2. Channel Optimization: - Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to improve searchability and click-through rates. - Implement SEO techniques and best practices to increase organic traffic and visibility. 3. Analytics and Reporting: - Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as views, watch time, subscriber growth, and engagement rate. 4. Quality Assurance: - Read and comprehend instructions and quality expectations for video content to ensure compliance with client and company standards. - Approve or reject videos based on quality standards, provide constructive feedback, and recommend necessary changes to the editor. - Verify that videos adhere to specified formats, including resolution, aspect ratio, and encoding settings. - Maintain a detailed record of quality checks and feedback provided. Prepare regular reports and timesheets on quality assurance activities and outcomes. - Identify and report any quality issues, including visual or audio defects, inconsistencies, and errors in the final video product. - Ensure the accuracy and relevance of all footage added to the video, confirming that it matches the intended narrative and meets client requirements. 5. Creative Input: - Apply strong creative skills to suggest improvements and enhancements to video content, ensuring it meets technical standards. 6. Team Collaboration: - Work closely with video editors and other team members to ensure a smooth quality assurance process. - Collaborate effectively with the team to implement feedback and achieve high-quality video content. Requirements: Proven experience in YouTube channel management and/or video quality assurance. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback. Should have an interest in the latest movies and TV shows, along with that knowledge of current trends and memes. Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for quality. Basic understanding of video editing software and formats (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
