Role & responsibilities Handling Inquiries: Responding to customer queries, concerns, and requests across various channels, including phone calls, emails, live chat, and sometimes social media. This involves active listening to understand the core issue. Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Diagnosing issues, providing step-by-step guidance, and offering effective solutions for product- or service-related problems (e.g., technical glitches, billing discrepancies, usage instructions). Complaint Resolution: De-escalating challenging situations, empathizing with frustrated customers, and transforming negative experiences into positive outcomes by finding fair and satisfactory resolutions. Providing Information: Accurately and clearly explaining product features, service details, policies, pricing, warranties, and other relevant information to help customers make informed decisions. Processing Requests: Assisting with various transactions such as order processing, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and account updates. Preferred candidate profile We are looking for an IMMEDIATE JOINER with Highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Support Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience, preferably with a pharmacy background, in delivering exceptional service and resolving complex inquiries. Proven ability to build strong customer relationships, de-escalate challenging situations, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction and retention.
