Roles and Responsibilities of Field Executive Brand: Young Indian Notebooks Location: Haridwar District 1. Sales and Distribution Dealer and Retailer Visits Visit stationery shops, wholesalers, and distributors across Haridwar to promote Young Indian Notebooks . Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retailers while identifying new sales outlets. Order Booking and Follow-up Collect orders from retailers and ensure timely delivery of products. Coordinate with the dispatch and accounts departments for order processing and payments. Sales Targets Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management. Report daily field activities, sales achievements, and customer feedback to the Sales Manager. New Market Development Identify untapped areas within Haridwar district (schools, coaching centers, offices, and stationery clusters). Create awareness about Young Indian products among potential customers. 2. Marketing and Brand Promotion Product Display and Merchandising Ensure proper display and visibility of Young Indian products in retail outlets. Distribute promotional materials like posters, banners, and sample notebooks. School and Institutional Promotion Visit schools, colleges, and educational institutions to introduce the Young Indian brand. Develop tie-ups for bulk notebook supply and institutional orders. Market Feedback and Intelligence Collect feedback from retailers and customers on product quality, pricing, and packaging. Monitor competitor activities and market trends for management review. 3. Reporting and Coordination Daily Activity Reporting Maintain a daily report of visits, sales, and new leads in the prescribed format. Submit weekly summaries highlighting progress, issues, and suggestions. Coordination with Office Team Communicate regularly with the head office or regional office for stock requirements, price updates, and marketing plans. Ensure smooth communication between field, sales, and distribution departments. 4. Customer Relationship Management After-Sales Service Follow up with retailers for payments, stock rotation, and reorder opportunities. Handle customer complaints efficiently and ensure high satisfaction levels. Brand Representation Act as the face of Young Indian brand in the Haridwar region ensuring professionalism, reliability, and trust. 5. Skills and Attributes Required Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to travel extensively within Haridwar district. Knowledge of local market dynamics and stationery trade. Basic computer knowledge (Excel/WhatsApp reporting). Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented. 6. Reporting To Area Sales Manager.
