Role & responsibilities Manage and grow channel business for Audio-Visual products and integrated AV solutions. Identify, recruit, and onboard AV system integrators, IT resellers, consultants, and distributors. Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners and drive continuous engagement. Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through channel-driven business. Manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and deal closures with partners. Support partners in responding to RFPs, RFQs, and solution proposals. Conduct product training, demos, workshops, and partner certification sessions. Promote new product launches, marketing programs, and partner incentive schemes. Understand AV technologies such as displays, projectors, UC solutions, control systems, and pro-audio. Work with partners to position and sell complete AV solutions, not just individual products. Build strong relationships with AV consultants, enterprise clients Provide market insights on competition, pricing, and upcoming technology trends. Collaborate with internal technical teams for solution design and pre-sales support. Analyze territory performance and prepare regular sales and partner activity reports. Ensure partner satisfaction and long-term business growth. Travel across assigned regions for partner visits, training, and opportunity development. Should possess strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Should be highly self-driven, organized, and target-oriented. Preferred candidate profile Strong understanding of Audio-Visual products (LED walls, Interactive Flat Panels , projectors, UC solutions, AV switching, control systems, PA systems, video conferencing Ability to sell integrated AV solutions rather than just products. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong channel management and relationship-building capabilities. Ability to manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and partner engagement. Tech-savvy and quick learner of new AV technologies. Organized, self-driven, and target-oriented.
