Role & responsibilities Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies for Solar EPC projects (C&I and Utility scale). • Generate business leads through tender participation, channel partners, and direct clients. • Maintain strong relationships with government agencies, PSUs, industrial clients, and developers. • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and develop business forecasts. • Prepare techno-commercial proposals and presentations in coordination with the design and finance teams. • Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and industry forums. • Handle tender documentation and liaise with internal teams for timely submissions. Skills Required: • In-depth knowledge of MNRE, SECI, and state solar policies. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. • Experience with government tendering platforms (e.g., GEM, SECI portal). • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
