Qualifications & Skills: Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field. 15-20 years of proven experience in hotel sales and operations, with at least 10 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of Goa’s hospitality and tourism market.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to multitask and manage cross-functional responsibilities effectively. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Drive revenue growth across all properties by developing and executing sales strategies. Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporates, and hospitality partners. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Operations Management: Oversee smooth day-to-day operations of 32 key properties. Ensure compliance with hospitality standards, guest satisfaction, and service excellence. Monitor budgets, cost control, and profitability across properties.HR & Administration: Manage recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.Ensure employee engagement, discipline, and welfare. Oversee compliance with statutory and labour regulations. Strategic Leadership: Develop business plans to enhance occupancy, revenue per room, and market positioning. Analyse market trends and implement innovative sales strategies.Report performance metrics and provide strategic insights to senior management. Oversee the operations of the hotel.Hold regular briefings and meetings with all the staff. Ensure full compliance to Hotel operating controls, SOPs, policies, procedures and service standards. Handling complaints, and overseeing the service recovery procedures. Responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the hotel's annual Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan and Capital Budget. Responsible for legalization, Occupational Health & Safety Act, fire regulations and other legal requirements At least 15 to 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with significant luxury and international experience. A university degree in hotel management or a related field with Experience in opening, managing or re-positioning a hotel with clear track record. The ideal candidate is a seasoned and highly intelligent hotel professional with outstanding, management skills and extensive hands-on experience. Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights. Setting online tariffs as in market trends. Business development for hotels, Restaurants and Banquets. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
