The primary responsibility is to make calls to existing customers to provide the services they have subscribed from company. You will need to handle calls and provide information to potential customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the customer database on the system and creating reports on the work done to submit to the reporting manager. To qualify for this position, you must be a Graduate with good communication skills in English & Hindi. You should have the ability to effectively deal with customers, possess good analytical and problem-solving skills, and have a working knowledge of computers, MS Office, and Social Media.
