Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Chef for an upcoming all-day dining restaurant cum cocktail-forward bar located in Kolkata. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, menu planning, maintaining food quality standards, supervising kitchen staff, and managing inventory. The Executive Chef will also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, train staff, and create innovative recipes that align with our brand's philosophy. Qualifications Extensive culinary experience and expertise in various cuisines Strong menu planning, recipe development, and food presentation skills Excellent leadership and team management abilities Knowledge of food safety and health regulations Proficiency in inventory management and cost control Ability to train and mentor kitchen staff Creative problem-solving and innovative thinking Previous experience in a high-end restaurant or luxury hospitality setting is a plus Culinary degree or relevant certification
