As a professional with hands-on experience in SCADA-based systems, you will be responsible for operating and managing Continuous Furnaces efficiently. Your role will involve overseeing and executing processes such as Iso-thermal, Normalizing, Annealing, and Through Hardening. In this position, you will analyze raw materials using Spectro analysis and interpret mill test certificates (TC), focusing on factors like inclusions, grain size, etc. Additionally, you will be required to perform laboratory tests including Microstructure analysis, Hardness, Tensile strength, Yield strength, and Elongation testing to ensure product quality. To be successful in this role, it is preferred that you are a University graduate, ideally with a B.E/B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering/Metallurgy. Experience in supervising various heat treatment operations like hardening & tempering, annealing, iso thermal, induction hardening, and normalizing will be beneficial. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of processes like Iso-thermal, Normalizing, Annealing, and Through Hardening. Previous experience in analyzing raw materials using Spectro analysis and interpreting mill test certificates is desirable. Proficiency in conducting laboratory tests such as Microstructure analysis, Hardness, Tensile strength, Yield strength, and Elongation testing to maintain product quality standards is a key requirement. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule involves day shifts, morning shifts, and weekend availability. Performance bonuses and yearly bonuses are also part of the compensation package.
