Role: Business Development Executive Location: Gurgaon Salary: ₹50,000 per month (fixed) Incentives: Performance-based (per campus signed + quarterly bonuses) Experience Required: 1–2 years in B2B Sales / Business Development Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new school clients across Gurgaon, Delhi, and NCR. Conduct meetings with Principals, School Directors, Administrators, and Purchase Heads. Present YFM’s school uniform solutions, quality standards, and value-added services. Manage the complete sales cycle: Lead → Meeting → Proposal → Sampling → Closure. Maintain a strong pipeline of target schools using CRM/Excel trackers. Follow up for tenders, multi-year contracts, and annual uniform renewals. Coordinate sampling, demos, and campus visits with the operations team. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Represent YFM professionally with excellent communication and presentation skills. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales , field sales, institutional sales, or business development. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Confidence in meeting senior stakeholders at schools. Ability to work independently with high ownership. Familiarity with Gurgaon/Delhi-NCR market preferred. Bike/Car must for field mobility.
