Booked Fraser suits hotel in Delhi through yatra. Reported to them regarding my bad experience. Someone called me he is looking into it. But never called back again.

Nobody can contact Yatra after booking the flight ticket. False telephone is giving there is no customer care nos. Government should action against these type of agents.

On telephone u will not be able for any refund issue.only on app it's possible to apply for refund.some time this can give u a jolt if the refund not come and nobody is here to listen you on YATRA
