Don't ever book from yatra, they have not sent me ticket after booking , money got deducted.. no customer care support at all. don't take a chance by booking from yatra... i had to miss my flight because of no ticket issued from yatra.. and no one contacted back from Yatra till now... better book directly from airlines...

This is a fraud company. First they book wrong tickets, then there is no customer care support, if you run to the physical address the shutters are down and no one is there. There is no way to contact anyone from yatra to correct the faulty …

Before booking gives one time discount code, and later airline increase price and try to recheck price and then coupon gets invalid saying not applicable on this sector. Just focus on minting money and cheating people

Big fraud company. I booked 2 tickets and that was cancelled by the bus operators. After that I claimed for refund. But nobody listen you because there is no customer support. No phone number. You have to change your name yatra to bunch of crooks.

I did not get refund from Yatra when flight was cancelled by service provider . It happened with me twice when I booked my ticket from Yatra. there is no customer care no. of yatra. what ever is given at site that is not working. Through mail they are giving same reply which is not workable.
