The Inside Sales team drives lead engagement, funnel management, and client activations across multiple lead sources, supported by strong product, tech, and operations capabilities. Role Overview The Assistant Manager – Inside Sales will lead a team of sales executives responsible for converting inbound leads into active corporate accounts. The role requires a blend of sales leadership, data-driven decision-making, and process ownership. The incumbent will also handle key operational escalations and play a pivotal role in improving funnel performance and team productivity. Key Responsibilities Sales Funnel & Lead Management Oversee end-to-end lead funnel from introduction to activation. Ensure effective calling strategy, timely follow-ups, and lead conversions. Drive funnel hygiene and conversion efficiency across lead sources. Team Management Conduct regular reviews, huddles, and coaching sessions to ensure adherence and productivity Data Analysis & Insights Monitor and track performance through CRM dashboards and reports. Operations & Escalation Management Manage large corporate accounts initially and mentor team members to take ownership. Process & Performance Enhancement Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance funnel efficiency. Candidate Profile 2–3 years of experience in team management within inside sales or telecalling environments. Strong analytical ability with proficiency in Excel and CRM-based reporting. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. High sense of ownership, resilience under pressure, and a goal-driven mindset.
