Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven US IT Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the US IT market . This role requires a deep understanding of IT services, technology solutions, and the ability to sell to enterprise and mid-market clients across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Lead Generation Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline of qualified prospects in the US IT services sector . Conduct market research to identify potential clients, decision-makers, and industry trends. 2. Client Relationship Management Build, maintain, and nurture long-term client relationships with CXOs, IT Managers, and Procurement Heads. Understand client requirements and tailor IT solutions to address their specific business challenges. Manage client communications and ensure a smooth handover to delivery and account management teams. 3. Sales Execution Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and negotiations with potential clients. Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and contracts. Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure successful project initiation and completion. 4. Market & Product Knowledge Maintain strong knowledge of company offerings such as IT consulting, software development, cloud services, managed IT services, cybersecurity, and staffing solutions. Stay updated with US IT industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development , preferably targeting US clients . Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of IT concepts (software development lifecycle, cloud, DevOps, ERP, etc.). Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.) . Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in selling IT services, software development, or technology staffing to US-based clients . Understanding of B2B sales cycle and familiarity with US time zones and market culture. Prior experience in inside sales or outbound lead generation for the North American market.
