YCT is now looking for a dedicated Associate who will assist in working with Neurodiverse Individuals and families across all programs of YCT. Job Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Discovery Process Engage in the process of getting to know neurodiverse adults by conducting home visits and/or spending time in various settings. This may also involve conversations with family members, caregivers, and other key individuals to build a comprehensive understanding of the individual’s strengths, preferences, and goals. 2. Skill Development Provide training and support in developing essential life skills such as independent travel, shopping, and other daily living activities to promote autonomy and confidence. 3. Employment Identification and Matching Identify suitable employment opportunities in the open market that align with the individual’s strengths and interests. Build and maintain relationships with potential employers to facilitate inclusive hiring. 4. On-the-Job Support For individuals placed in open employment settings, offer on-the-job training and support as required, ensuring a smooth transition and sustained success in the workplace. 5. Family Engagement Collaborate closely with families using a strength-based approach, empowering them to support their family member in achieving meaningful employment and community integration. 6. Additional Responsibilities Perform any other duties as assigned by the management. This may include, but is not limited to, tasks such as photo and video documentation for internal or external use, supporting events, or assisting with communication materials. This individual will be responsible for devising and executing YCT's overall marketing and communication strategy, with a strong focus on digital and social media. They will collaborate with our in-house graphic designer to create engaging campaigns, manage external communications, and strengthen YCT's brand presence across platforms. The role also involves creating original content (photos, videos, reels) onsite, planning/overseeing paid advertising campaigns on social media, and developing YCT's monthly newsletter. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement an integrated marketing and communication strategy to enhance YCT's visibility and impact. Create, manage, and grow YCT's presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on digital and social media platforms. Shoot engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories) regularly to capture YCT's activities, initiatives, and impact. Work closely with the graphic designer to produce visually appealing and impactful campaigns. Draft compelling copy for social media posts, newsletters, press releases, website updates, and other communication materials. Develop and circulate a monthly newsletter to engage stakeholders, donors, and the wider community. Plan, coordinate, and manage PR opportunities, media engagement, and external communications. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels. Track and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and website performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console); recommend improvements based on data-driven insights. Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility, search rankings, and organic traffic. Conduct keyword research and optimise content (blogs, landing pages, press releases) for higher discoverability. Collaborations & Partnerships: Identify and build partnerships with influencers, collaborators, and aligned organisations to expand YCT's reach and impact. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (Master's preferred). 25 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital media (experience in the nonprofit sector a plus). Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and community engagement. Experience in shooting and editing photos/videos for social media. Knowledge of paid advertising tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi/Marathi is an advantage). Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
