Yardi Support Specialist

Role Overview: You will be an experienced Yardi application support specialist joining the 24x7 IT team at EXO Edge, providing L1/L2/L3 support. Your role will involve assisting users with Yardi applications, working on the help desk queue, configuring and customizing Yardi as needed, and collaborating with other IT staff members and vendors. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Yardi Administrator in all aspects of Yardi software setup, day-to-day operations, and troubleshooting. - Ensure on-site property teams comply with Yardi processes and procedures, providing training as needed. - Set up new properties in Yardi for various scenarios like new developments, property takeovers, sales, and transfers of management. - Manage and prioritize licensed Yardi product support cases based on due date and impact level, documenting thoroughly. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems Management, or equivalent experience. - 2+ years of experience in Yardi application support. - Industry experience in property management or affordable housing compliance. - Experience in amenity additions, updating data, and resolving issues related to Yardi processes. - Technical proficiency in Yardi Voyager, a property management software.
