As a Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. Should have experience in SAP EWM process design and hands-on experience in configuration of SAP EWM in the following scenarios 1. Transaction data integration between S4HANA / ECC and EWM 2. Hands-on experience on configuring various EWM functions like Warehouse Structure, Delivery Processing, Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Putaway, Warehouse Tasks and Order creation, Handling Units, Value Added Services, Yard Management, Cross Docking, Labour Management Experience in supporting Solution’s end to end for proposals and project delivery Preferred technical and professional experience Should have good understanding of different deployment options and relevant architecture considerations for SAP EWM application Experience or understanding of other related SAP applications like Yard Logistics, Logistics Business Network is added advantage Strong written and communication skills with customer-facing role experience

A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in SAP as a business analyst specializing in SAP EWM, complemented by extensive expertise in HANA. Demonstrated involvement in at least 2 full life cycle implementations on versions 9.4 or higher, including configuration, testing, and execution. System design tailored to business needs and thorough business process mapping to optimize operational processes and meet material inflow frequency requirements in alignment with warehouse layout design. Experience in business process re-engineering and process improvement, utilizing comprehensive information systems. Proficient in employing tools and techniques to drive business transformation and create efficient, effective solutions to varied and intricate business challenges. Possessing robust knowledge of PP-EWM integration for production staging, stock replenishment issues, and production receipts, among others. A solid understanding of integrations involving PP-EWM, MM-EWM, SO-EWM, QM-EWM, and batch management within EWM. Experience in developing complex logic for putaway and picking processes to enhance warehouse operations and optimize space utilization. Functional expertise in SAP Fiori EWM applications, custom app development, and RF screen functionalities. Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse management, operations, and supply chain principles to enhance designs based on EWM out-of-the-box solutions. Significant experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and converting those requirements into functional specifications. Proficiency in inbound processes (goods receipt, inspection/counting, directed put away, cross docking) and transportation unit management for inbound and outbound activities (vehicle check-in/check-out, door docking, loading, unloading). Familiarity with internal processes (radio frequency transactions, QIE, inventory/cycle count, posting changes for blocked items, scrap, batch management) and outbound processes (wave management, directed picking, work assignment, packing area, staging, goods issue). Experience in integrating dock appointment scheduling, transportation management, and yard management is an added advantage. Extensive knowledge of inventory management, warehouse management, extended warehouse management, auto-ID infrastructure, and RF transactions. Strong background in requirement gathering, analysis, blueprint design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support. Hands-on experience and knowledge in the following EWMS areas: WCS-PLC interfaces, yard management, kitting, value-added services (VAS), cross-docking, wake management, replenishment, resource and queue management, slotting, unloading, receiving and putaway, picking, sorting, packing, loading, and PGI, inbound strategies (fixed bin, addition to stock, near-to-pick bin), outbound strategies (fixed bin, two-step picking), and interfacing with MFS to control conveyors and lights based on sensor activity. Mandatory Skills: SAP EWM - Extended Warehouse Management. Experience: 5-8 Years.
