As an experienced SAP professional, you will be responsible for leading the overall architecture strategy, design, and roadmap for complex, multi-site deployments in the EWM domain. Your primary focus will be on owning the migration process from legacy SAP EWM decentralized systems to S/4HANA EWM decentralized systems. This includes ensuring alignment and optimization of data, processes, and integrations. In this role, you will drive solution governance to ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, security, and integration standards. You will oversee and manage a team of EWM consultants, providing guidance for consistent delivery, mentoring, and skills development. Collaboration with business stakeholders and supply chain leadership is essential to align warehouse solutions with evolving operational goals. Your expertise will be crucial in providing support for various EWM functions such as Inbound/Outbound logistics, Advanced RF and automation integration, Cross-docking, Kitting, VAS, MFS (Material Flow System), Yard and Labor Management. You will coordinate end-to-end integration with SAP S/4HANA core modules, TM, and third-party systems. Additionally, you will lead architectural and design workshops, cutover planning, and hypercare support post go-live. Your role may also involve supporting pre-sales engagements, client workshops, and proposal development as needed. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of SAP experience, with a minimum of 10+ years specifically in SAP EWM, including decentralized architecture. Proven experience in leading and delivering large-scale EWM programs, along with strong expertise in migrating decentralized EWM systems to S/4HANA EWM decentralized, is required. A solid understanding of warehouse operations, automation, and logistics execution is essential. Hands-on configuration and architecture experience in RF/UI5, Handling Units & Packing, Physical Inventory & Stock Management, Integration with PLC/WCS and third-party automation tools are highly valued. Familiarity with ABAP debugging, functional spec writing, and custom enhancement design is beneficial. Strong communication skills are a must, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Experience in working with global stakeholders and delivering multi-country rollouts will be advantageous.,
