Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction. Coordinate with operations, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely pick-up and delivery. Maintain updated customer records and shipment documentation. Handle complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary. Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote cargo services. Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into bookings.
