Job Description: Front Office Executive Experience : 6 months – 1 year Location : Chennai. Employment Type : Full-Time Role Overview: We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for our visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations, provide excellent customer service, manage communications, and assist in routine administrative functions. Key Responsibilities: Guest & Visitor Management: Greet and welcome visitors professionally, ensuring a positive first impression. Handle guest queries, complaints, and requests efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service. Manage check-ins, check-outs, and maintain visitor logs and registers accurately. Communication & Coordination: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls with professionalism. Manage internal and external correspondence, including emails and courier services. Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. Administrative Support: Maintain records of visitors, attendance, movements, and office activities. Assist with document management, filing, and basic data entry tasks. Support internal communication by distributing notices and updates clearly and promptly. Operational Excellence: Maintain the Front Office logbook and prepare shift or daily reports. Coordinate with relevant teams for event/banquet bookings and follow-ups. Follow standard operating procedures and escalate issues to management when necessary. Qualifications & Skills Required: Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality, Administration, or related field (preferred). 6 months – 1 year of experience in Front Office, Reception, or Customer Service. Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with front office systems is a plus. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently. Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving abilities. Professional appearance, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
